​Yellow Dot Medical Info Program: Peace of Mind for You and Your Loved Ones
The Yellow Dot Program is a free and easy way to help protect your health and safety in case of a car accident or medical emergency. Supported by the West Boca Community Council and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, this program is here to help you feel confident every time you drive.
How It Works:
When you sign up, you’ll receive a bright yellow sticker to place on the rear window of your car. This sticker tells first responders that you keep important medical information in your glove compartment. If you are ever in an accident or feel unwell and cannot speak for yourself, paramedics will see the yellow dot and quickly find your medical details so you get the right care without delay.

In an emergency, having quick access to your health information—like your current medications, allergies, and emergency contacts—can make all the difference. The Yellow Dot Program makes sure first responders can help you right away, even if you are unable to speak or feel confused at the scene.

How to Join:

Request a free Yellow Dot kit. It includes:

A yellow sticker for your car window

A medical information form and a protective sleeve for your glove box

Fill out the form with your important health information, a list of medications, allergies, and who to call if there’s an emergency. Attach a recent photo if you can.

Place the completed form in your glove compartment and put the sticker on the lower left corner of your car’s rear windshield (driver’s side).
