The 3rd Annual Fourth of July Celebration will be held at the Sunset Cove Amphitheater on Sunday night, July 4th from 6:30 to 9:30. Gates open at 5:30.
The Brass Evolution band will be the opening act for the 9:00 pm Fireworks display. They’re a high energy brass band and will play old favorites from groups like Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire and Blood Sweat & Tears. Dancing is recommended but not mandatory.
Vendors will be on hand with glow sticks, cotton candy, popcorn, hot dogs, soda, water and Italian ices. There will also be a face painter.
You are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets and coolers, but not Fido.
Bug spray might be a good idea.
Plenty of parking space, FREE admission, and room for at least 5,000 on the sloping great lawn of the Amphitheater. No more need to head for the beach and get stuck in all that traffic!
