Today marks the official start of the 2009 hurricane season.  It was no accident that the first email I received this morning was a link to a hurricane survival guide.

There is no shortage of hurricane guides from various quarters, but this is the first one I've ever seen that is specifically for homeowner and condominium associations.

 It was prepared by Donna D. Berger, Executive Director of the Community Advocacy  Network (CAN).  She is also the Managing Partner of Katzman Garfinkel Rosenbaum, a community association law firm based in Fort Lauderdale.
